Wildspirit was founded in 2019 by our distiller, James, who has a long lasting passion for craft gin. He belongs to a family that has a long history and connection with hospitality, including pubs, hotels, bars and more recently, Dad & Dave's Brewing. James started making his own gin infusions a few years ago. In 2019 he left behind a career in technology to pursue full-time his dream of creating gin that the average person can taste – even through tonic!
