Bondi - Sydney - NSW Once upon a time in a little garage on the headland of North Bondi Beach lived a nano brewery known locally as the Ben Buckler Brewery. All types of non-commercial craft beers have been brewing in secret for many years by head brewer Paul. Once he teamed up with his mate Brendan, they got to work and THE BONDI BREWING CO. was formed in 2018. Fast forward to 2024, we have expanded to 16 SKUs and have roughly 300 customers. We are excited to open our Bondi Beach Brewery and Restaurant, featuring our GoodTanks Project — a series of beers brewed in collaboration with local legends to give back to the community.
